After hours appointments at our office for sutures can be arranged.
House calls can be arranged as well for the Afton, Woodbury, Hastings, and Cottage Grove areas. A $100.00 house call fee applies. Call to see if we are available.
Suture removal placed elsewhere - $50.00
Sutures placed at our office are removed at no charge.

Just a few notes:
Complex lacerations are to the emergency dept.
Lacerations with extensive tissue damage, arterial bleeding, tendon damage, lacerations involving head trauma, foreign bodies, large soft tissue damage, blunt trauma involving possible fractures, blood thinners, or large skin abscesses will be referred to an Emergency Department for further management due to possible wound logistics.

lipomas, large cysts, or skin abscesses.

a skin condition that requires routine lab monitoring.
Other Considerations
All biopsied skin specimens are sent to our dermatopathologists for histological analysis. You or your insurance will be billed directly and independently from our clinic for this service.
We do not contract with commercial health insurance.
We accept credit cards, HSA accounts, and cash. We do not accept checks.
We work with Christian Health Share plans.
We can't accommodate worker’s compensation, FMLA, forms, etc.
We will provide you with a copy of your Simple Skin Clinic medical chart at time of service.
All Fees are due at time of service.
We don't take Medicare/Medicaid. If you do have medicare/medicaid, and want to use our services, you will need to sign a form stating that you will not submit your final bill to Medicare/Medicaid. That's the law!!
Payment options are available.
We would require 60% at first visit, then the remaining balance in 2 weeks if needed.
A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to each payment.
