      Office visits

 

Skin concerns - $149

  • Wart evaluation and treatment one to two warts - $149

  • Each additional wart - $50

  • Follow up treatment for same wart(s) if needed - $59

  • Skin tag evaluation and treatment one to 5 skin tags - $149

  • Each additional skin tag - $20

  • Ingrown toenail treatment surgical - one side - $500   

  • Shave Biopsy - $300 per lesion

  • Punch biopsy - $400 per lesion

  • Simple skin cyst removal - $400

 

Laceration repair

  • Simple laceration repair, <1 inch - $300

  • Intermediate laceration, 1-2 inch - $400

  • Sutures placed elsewhere - $75

Suture removal- $75.00

Sutures placed at our office are removed at no charge

Osteopathic Lymphatic Treatment- $120.00

Auricular Acupuncture- $49.00

Complex lacerations are referred out.

 

Lacerations with extensive tissue damage, arterial bleeding, tendon damage, lacerations involving head trauma, large soft tissue damage, blunt trauma involving possible fractures, or large skin abscesses will be referred to an Emergency Department for further management.   .

Why use our services?

  • You have a high deductible and want to keep your costs low.

  • You have out of network benefits.

  • You have no insurance.

  • You have a shared health care plan.

  • You have warts, skin tags, mild to moderate acne, lacerations, or eczema, and have a long wait time to see your PCP or dermatologist and would rather be treated quickly and inexpensively.

 

When our clinic is not ideal for you    

  • You have Medicare/Medicaid insurance.

  • You need Accutane or long-term oral antibiotics for acne.

  • You need oral or injectable psoriasis/severe eczema medication.

  • You have lipomas, large cysts, or skin abscesses.

  • You have a complex skin condition, for which you have seen a dermatologist and have not had resolution.

  • You have a skin condition that requires routine lab monitoring.

Other Considerations​

All biopsied skin specimens are sent to our dermatopathologists for histological analysis. You or your insurance will be billed directly for this service. This billing is separate from Simple Skin Clinic fees.

   

We do not contract with commercial health insurance. However, I will provide you with a receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please call your health insurance company to see if you have out of network benefits.   

 

We accept credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks.

 

We work with Christian Health Share plans; however, we are not contracted with any health share organization.

We do not fill out worker’s compensation forms, FMLA, pet comfort letters, etc.

We will provide you with a paper copy of your Simple Skin Clinic medical chart at time of service. We can also email you a copy via secure encryption.

 

All Fees are due at time of service.

We do not accept Medicare/Medicaid

 

Payment options are available. A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to each payment.
